I made this card using a couple of the new In Colors – Tahitian Tide and Starry Sky. I used the Waves of Inspiration Stamp Set, Waves Dies, Timber 3D Embossing Folder, Tahitian Tide Metallic Woven Ribbon, Blending Brushes, White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and Basic Rhinestone Jewels.
