You can make this card with the Waves of Inspiration Stamp Camp using the Waves of the Ocean Collection, Picture This Dies, Iconic Dies, Blending Brush, Stampin’ Blends and Banners Pick A Punch.

Stampin’ up has run out of the Blue Foils and the Waves Jewels, so the Collection is no longer available. If you want to make these cards you could substitute with:
