Stay Home and Stamp

We have three cards to share today, and each one features a unique tip that you can add to your papercrafting repertoire.

If you’d like a card with simple lines and a subtle touch of color, try the markering technique featured on the Happy Easter card. Simply use Stampin’ Write Markers to color directly on the rubber of the Easter Promise Stamp Set. This gives you perfect control over the depth of color in your stamped image; it also lets you easily incorporate more than one color for a clean, sophisticated look.

Go bold with Melon Mambo and Pool Party, as we did with our Sweet Friend card using the Welcome Easter Stamp Set. Pro tip: Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper isn’t just for birthdays! We love how it makes the Melon Mambo Cardstock pop.

The adorable You Brighten My Day card features the Distinktive Full of Happiness Stamp Set. The varying rubber densities give your image depth and complexity, making it super fun to stamp with.

New Class Format

The April and May Classes will not be meeting at my house. If you are registered for these classes, I will mail the supplies to you and provide written instructions. You will need your own adhesive and coloring supplies to complete the projects. If you wish to register to have the April class mailed to you, please mail your check right away. If you wish to cancel your registration for the April class, please let me know by April 9. If you wish to have the May class mailed to you, please mail your registration by April 20.

May Stampin’ Class – Let It Ride

May Stampin’ Class – Mountain Air

At the May Stampin’ Class we will be concentrating on cards with a more masculine style. We will make this card with the Mountain Air, Waterfront, Itty Bitty Birthdays and Birthday Jubilee stamp sets, Majestic Mountain and Stitched Nested Labels Dies, High Seas 3D Embossing Folder and Classic Label Punch.
